Job Title: AM QA (Assistant Manager Quality Assurance)
Location: Jaipur, India
Salary: up to 4 LPA (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance (AM QA) to join our team in Jaipur. The AM QA will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with other departments to develop and implement quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the quality of our products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze data and provide reports on quality metrics
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of their products and services
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and product launches
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
- At least 1 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems
- Ability to analyze data and provide reports on quality metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
